Regarding Kathleen's disclosure
of her birth father, Donald Ross,
Kathleen used the anatomically correct dolls and showing her father,
Donald Ross putting his penis in Kathleen's vagina. She then stated
to
this "it went right in."
She was asked if he had touched
any other parts of her body, and she
states, "in my bum." Stated that this had happened about
10 times and
that she was four years old when it happened she states that my
birth
mom did it to me and my birth dad, as well. She did three times
to me
and then went to my dad. Showed Kathy, Donald and Helen Ross all
in a
room together doing it.
Accused # 2, occurrence #26717-91,
accused Helen Susan Ross (birth
mother of Kathleen Ross)
In Kathleen disclosure she first started talking of Donald WHITE
(boyfriend of Helen Ross) and then went to Helen Ross. She stated,
"it's
part of my demonstration" and then got out her own doll and
a knife. She
then told of the next door neighbour kids coming over and her
mom
killing them and cutting their heads off, and their arms and their
legs.
She put the blood in jars and then they drank the blood. They
put the
bodies in a fire pit and roasted it and ate it she said. Kathy
thought
that the kids were six years old, but couldn't walk, but were
crawling,
it was a girl and a boy. (Note this is the same disclosure as
Michael
made).
Kathy then states that the babies
were tied to a table in the spare
room, with just a table in the room and a yellow rope was used.
Helen
Ross and Donald Ross both did the cutting Michael, Michelle and
Kathleen
were in the room too.
They took the blood out, took
the bones out and threw the bones in the
garbage in the yard.
Kathleen then showed on the
doll "first my mom did it for the head. Then
my dad used the knife for the arm, cut it all to bits." They
then took
all the blood out, they cut a hole in the stomach and took all
the bones
out. What came out of the hole, they put in a jar and then they
drank it
in a cup." She states that the kids names were Jason and
Charlene.
She states that they were living
in a stone house, and the back of the
house was black and the front had windows. She states that both
kids
were killed on the same day. States that the parents of the kids
were
Kim Rose and Rob Rose. The day it happened was the day the kids
came
alone. And then stated, "there mom and their dad didn't think
that my
mom and dad would kill them."
She then did another demonstration
involving Kathleen, Michelle and
Michael.
"Had to lie on our stomachs,
tied on the table. Helen and Donald Ross

Our bum's and the blood came
out and they put the blood in a jar and
drank the blood.
Should be noted that Kathleen
Ross has what appears to be a very fine
scar running down her back. Again a more detailed examination
will be
done by Dr. Joe Yelland at Circle Park Medi Clinic regarding
verifiying the kids talking of the knives being used on their
vagina and
anus' to collect blood, as well as, an examination of the scar.
Kathleen was then asked if she
had any pets, and she talked about the
dog eating to many milkbones. She states that her mom took a picture
of
the dog before it dies. She states that my neighbours came over
without
their kids, because they were dead. They came over and stick the
knives
up the dogs bums, and it died. She stated that the knife was put
into
the dogs bum by Dobald and Helen Ross. My birth mom and dad did
something to the dog, I didn't see. They took the knife and the
dog
downstairs. She states that this was on the video at Anita's.
Then asked Kathy, where Michelle
would have learned to do things to
Pansy. Pansy being the Thompson dog. Kathy answered, "My
mom and dad
taught her how. They put their fingers in my dogs bum, and it
died. My
birth mom and dad taught Michael how to do it too." She then
talked
about Michael doing sexual things to the Thompson dog. Michael
came into
my room (at Thompson) and Michelle
and Michael screwed. My birth mom and
dad taught them how to do that.
She then talked about Michelle
putting her fingers in Kathy's vagina and
talked about how she would scream if she was touched. She also
talked a
lot about her own touching problem. She then showed with the dolls
how
Helen Ross had fingered her and putting her mouth on her vagina,
and
stated "she did it lots."
Then stated that both her birth
mom, Helen Ross, and her birth dad,
Donald Ross, did it to her many times. She then talked again about
the
babies being killed and the baby cooked in a fire pit. It was
bigger
than a fire pit the Thompson's had at Wakaw Lake. She states that
her
birth dad held the arms, and her birth dad the legs and they ate
it. She
talks about the birth mom and dad killing turkeys on the farm
and
cooking them with their feathers on. Apparently Donald White was
involved in that, as well.
Accused #3, occurrence number
26718-91, Accused name Donald George
White, Alias Shirtliff, (boyfriend of Helen Ross, and whom Helen
Ross is
living with at this time in Laird SK.)
Kathy states "Donald White
always wears white." States that Donald White
touched Kathy on her vagina with his finger. "Everytime he
does it, it's
in his bedroom." She states that Kathy would be lying down
on the bed,
and that Kathy had her clothes off, and that Donald White had
his
clothes on. States that Donald touched her with his fingers and

Stated, "he did it to Michelle to."
Stated that while Donald White
was doing it to Kathy, Michelle and
Michael were watching a movie.
During an interview of 90-10-28
with Kathy Ross, and disclosur regarding
Anita Klassen' abuse, she stated that inserting her finger in
her vagina
happened at her birth mom and dad's too. And at Donald White's,
that's
why I didn't like Donald White very much."
Accused #4, occurrence number
26719-91, accused Anita Janine Klassen,
was a former foster mother of Kathleen Ross. Kathy Ross disclosure
of
Anita Klassen's sexual assault and abuse concerned touching at
Dale and
Anita's house. Kathy listed Anita, Jackie, Trevor, Michael Ross,
Michelle, Grandpa and Grandma Klassen, Pam, Little Crystal, Big
Crystal,
and Donald White as people who had touched her.
Kathy stated that Donald and
Helen Ross had known Dale and Anita Klassen
before the kids moved there. She stated that they were friends
for two
years and that then Dale and Anita had moved away for away.
She states that at Anita's house
it happened in Anita's room in the
bedroom and in the basement. Kathy states, "Anita forced
me to take my
clothes off and lay on the bed. Anita then lay on Kathy and touched
her
vagina. Anita had her clothes off too. Kathy sucked Anita's nipples."
Kathy demonstrated this with the anatomically correct dolls, and
Anita
would lay down and Kathy would touched Anita's vagina and nipples
with
her hand.
Kathy was made to insert her
fingers in Anita's vagina and anus and
showed with the dolls Anita inserting her finger in Kathy's vagina
and
anus, as well, and touching her nipples. Showed covering Kathy's
move
with her hand and demonstrated this with the dolls. Kathy states
that
the same things happened with Anita in the basement as happened
in her
bedroom. In her bedroom it happened on Anita's bed, in the basement
it
happened on a blanket.
Kathy then talked of two days
in a row, being 04 Mar 90 when Anita took
Michelle and Kathy to Diane Kvelloo's and both Diane and Anita
screwed
me and Michelle. Anita screwed us just like I told you before
on my and
Michelle's birthday, 04 Mar 90. This relates to the incident where
Michelle Ross disclosed of Anita taking them to the Kvello home
and the
girls being made to touch Diane Kvello while she was having her
menstrual cycle and them getting blood on themselves. Kathy refused
to
disclose any of this, would shake at any mention of blood.
Accused #5, occurrence number
26720-91, Accused Peter Dale Klassen, (was
the former foster father of Kathy Ross). The only evidence we
have of
abuse by Dale Klassen by Kathy Ross was from the disclosures of
Michelle
and Michael Ross where they state that when Dale did . . .
