States that he was approx. 7 years old when it started. Again, he said
that the dolls would be Anita and Dale, this being the adult male and
female anatomically correct dolls. He states that his birth mom and dad
helped move him to Dale and Anita Klassen's place. The social worker
stayed in the car.

States that Donald and Helen Ross knew Dale and Anita before the kids
moved in and then stated "Dale and Anita should go to jail, because they
sexually abused us and their own kids too, Trevor and Jackie." When
Travis was born, the whole family abused him to. (Travis is the youngest
son of Dale and Anita Klassen.)

He was asked who had all abuse Michael while he was at Dale and Anita's
and he answered, "Anita, me, Trevor, I did it to Jackie, Dale did it to
me, Vivian (Anita's sister), Denis and Diane Kvello, and their kids,
Sherry and Sheldon, and their three foster kids (the Mayes children). It
happened at Dennis and Diane's house, Diane is Anita's sister. Grandpa
and Grandma Klassen, Pam (called her fat Pam Klassen), Rick and Carey
Klassen, and their daughter little Crystal, Ashley Sherman and Mikey
(being Pam Klassen adoptive son) Big Crystal being Crystal Morin
(Heinrichs). Then stated that Grandma and Grandpa Klassen lived with Pam
Klassen and they have lived in all kinds of houses.

Then Michael used the adult female doll as Anita and the younf boy doll
as himself and stated that this had occurred at 222 St. Paul's Place.

It happened in the basement and sometimes in Anita's room. It also
happened sometimes in Michelle's' room or in Michael's' room. He stayed
in a room with Trevor Klassen.

He made a comment about the Anita doll having a mouth and he was
sticking his penis into it. He then demonstrated with the dolls, with
the male doll, Michael, putting his penis into the female doll, Anita's
mouth.

Anita would day to Michael, "It's time to do what your dad and I taught
you to do," and they then did it in the basement. There apparently was
just a bed downstairs, and he stated that it happened everyday with
Anita. He then states "Anita sucked on it" (referring to his penis). It
should be noted that Michael told us one time of a tape that he had not
been going to school for some time, he stated "I stayed at home with
Anita and we did sexual abuse stuff all day."

Michael stated that he would then suck and kiss Anita's boobs, he would
kiss her vagina, and he would put his penis in her butt. Only Michael
and Anita were in the basement, everyone else was upstairs. "Every time
we did it, we were alone. Did the same thing in Anita's bedroom , and in
Michael's room on the bed." He then stated that sometimes Anita rubbed
his penis and again demonstrated this with the doll.

Stated, "sometimes she would kiss my penis" and then stated, "I heard
she did it to Michelle, Kathleen and Jackie too."

In Diane's house all the adults, Dennis and Diane Kvello, Anita and Dale
Klassen, John and Myrna Klassen, and Michelle, Kathleen and Michael all
went downstairs. They were all in the "chalk room" and at one time in
the disclosure talked about the Mayes children being there, as well. He
then stated, everyone took turns. It should be noted that the one time
the disclosure included only the adults of Dennis and Diane Kvello and
Dale and Anita Klassen, one other time he also included John and Myrna
Klassen, and at this time also included the three Mayes children,
Stephen, Shannivia, and Sarde. Michael then stated, "Everyone took turns
putting penis' in vaginas and penis' in butts. Guys stuck their penis'
in my butt. We were told "You better not tell anyone, or you would all
be dead meat."

At Dennis and Diane's Michael also saw Anita doing it to Michelle and
Kathleen.

Accused number 6, occurrence number 26707-91, accused name Pamela
Klassen DOB 57-08-06, 225 Ottawa Ave. South, (sister to Dale Klassen
also a former foster parent).

Disclosure of Michael Klassen regarding Pam. (This should read Michael
Ross not Klassen.)

When Michael was talking about Pam's house, he stated "everybody made me
do the same thing in that house." Then went on to state that he put his
penis in Pam's bum, That Pam would put her finger into his bum, and that
he would suck her boobs. He states that it happened in Pam's room.
Sometimes he stated that it would happen the same days that Grandpa
Klassen would do it to him, and sometimes they flipped a coin to see who
was first, Grandpa or Pam. At Pam's it had also happened with Anita and
the other men.

Michael stated that Pam would take Michael's hand and say " that I was
going to have a snooze. He stated that Pam would give him a $1.50 to $3
after they had sex. Michael further states that Pam made him suck her
boobs. That this started happening when Michael was about eight years
old, and asked when it stopped and he stated that it had stopped after I
moved from Dale and Anita's house.

Accused # 7, occurrence number 26708-91. Accused name Peter Klassen Sr.
(grandpa), DOB 34-02-24, possibly address 225 Ottawa Ave. South (father
of the foster parents, Dale and Anita Klassen, and Pam Klassen)

Disclosur of Michael regarding Grandpa Klassen. He stated that Grandpa
Klassen it happened at both Anita's home and at Pam's house. But it
happened mostly at Pam's

House. Stated that grandpa took Michael to Pam's bedroom and that he
also did it in a room in the basement.

Stated "He stuck his fingers in my bum."

Stated that Michael stuck his "fingers in Grandpa Klassens' bum in the
basement in big Crystal's room. (Big Crystal being Crystal Morin)

Michael remembers one time when he was in the basement at Pam's house
lying down. Grandpa Klassen had said that he was going down into the
basement to get more beer, that he came into Michael's room and that
Michael was made to suck grandpa's penis and then grandpa Klassen put
his penis in Michael's bum.

In Pam's room, Grandpa Klassen did it to him, Michael was laying on the
bed, and when I did it to Grandpa Klassen, he was laying on the bed.

Michael didn't tell Dale and Anita because "They'd probably would just
do the same thing to me anyway."

Michael states that it happened to him every time that he went to Pam's
house, usually about twice a week. It started when he was about eight
years old and stopped when he moved out of Dale and Anita's house.

Michael states that "Grandpa Klassen would laugh when Dale did it to me,
and when Grandpa was laughing it wasn't very funny at all. When Dale is
put in jail, it will be my turn to laugh."

*NOTE* Sometimes Grandpa Klassen would give me money, $5 or $10. He gave
the money to Michael after he did it, and said to him "Here this is for
good screwing."

Michael states that sometimes Grandpa Klassen Michael beer and smokes,
as well for sex.

At Anita's house, Grandpa Klassen did it to him in the basement, in a
room behind the washing machine, lying down on the floor, happened there
probably 5, or 6 or 7 times. Michael stated, "Anita would know that me
and Grandpa were in the basement."
